Jumbo Bag (FIBC)
Bulk cargo bags for industrial, agricultural and chemical materials, resistant to pressure and tearing.
A jumbo bag, or FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container), is one of the most economical and safest ways to package, store and transport bulk materials. These bags are made from woven polypropylene fabric with high tensile strength and, depending on the design, carry loads from 500 to 2,000 kilograms.
Arian Baft Partow handles every stage of production in-house — from extrusion and yarn production to weaving, lamination, sewing and quality control — and can produce custom bags based on the dimensions, capacity and discharge type each customer needs.
Jumbo bags come in several standard configurations depending on how they're lifted and discharged: single-loop, two-loop, four-loop (cross-corner), and loopless (flat-top) designs, with or without an internal liner for moisture protection. Arian Baft Partow produces any of these types to match the customer's load and loading equipment.
These bags are widely used today in the cement and construction materials industry, agriculture (fertilizer, grains and oilseeds), mining and minerals, and chemical industries for transporting powders and granules — a cost-effective alternative to metal packaging or traditional small sacks.
Available to order in a range of sizes.
