Raw Material Sourcing

High-quality polypropylene granules are sourced and inspected.

Extruder

Granules are melted and drawn into thin polypropylene tapes.

Weaving

Tapes are woven into flat or tubular fabric — the basis of the sack's strength.

Circular weaving loom

Lamination & Coating (optional)

A lamination layer is added for moisture resistance.

Cutting & Sewing

Fabric is cut and sewn to standard or custom dimensions.

Printing & Branding (optional)

The customer's logo is printed on the sack on request.

Quality Control

The finished product's strength, load capacity and dimensions are checked.

Packing & Shipping
